• No parties, no loud noise/music beyond 9 pm, this is a very residential neighborhood
• Trash is collected once a week (please take trash bins out to the curb Wednesday night).
• Please separate recyclable and compostable waste into the appropriate bins, and not everything in the trash bin.
• Please do not use the bins to throw away large personal items such as luggages. If the trash/compost/recycle items during your stay do not fit in the bins, we will need to charge for extra trash collection: $8 per additional bag + $20 each time for the trash company to come to collect them
